Welcome to my practice.  I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, and my practice includes children and teens, adult individuals, couples and families.   I welcome clients with anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, relationship issues, family of origin dysfunction, loss and grief, divorce/blended family issues and other areas.

Skilled counseling can significantly improve the quality of your life and your relationships, but confronting difficult feelings and personal struggles can be challenging.  Developing a trusting relationship with your therapist is an integral part of the process.  

I offer prospective clients a complementary 30 minute consultation because choosing a therapist is a very important decision.  My hope is that this will enable you to determine if we will be a good fit to work together.
